Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship seems to be a sexy word today. Other than being a movie or sport star, being an entrepreneur means wealth and adequate public attentions. Again, this phenomena could be a living proof of Darwin’s evolution theory: in a commercialized society, business men are in the dominate position; just as in time of war, every one would want to be a general instead. Unfortunately too many of our generations realize this simple truth too late.
 
Being an entrepreneur takes courage; being a successful one also needs luck. People have limited visions, being plain blinded by their educations and experience. When everyone wants to be Bill Gates, few people actually know that Bill’s father was a lawyer specialized on intellectual property, from where Bill learned his way of growing his business; these could just be unimaginable for a Chinese former. Where you were born, and who were your parents have predetermined factors. Wisdom knows, what kind of difficulties are conquerable, and persist until conquered; what kind of difficulties are not conquerable, and try to avoid them; the most important part is, he knows how to distinguish these two.
 
Starting own business is not suitable for everyone. The objective is not being entrepreneur, it should be for personal growth. Finding the best fit between what is most needed in the current environment climate and personal strength is a hard task for most people, no wonder it is always easier to follow others as an option. And, being an entrepreneur, starting own business, happened to be one of the popular methods that could gain this kind of personal growth; luckily, it is not the only method.

策略

策略是个商业管理学界过分强暴过的词，什么都是策略：市场策略，产品策略，组织结构策略。。。加上现在时髦的“古为今用”的垃圾，把周易等古董跟商业管理嫁接在一起，更是搞得大家不知所云，无所适从。到底什么是好的策略？谁都没个标准。谁今天企业搞得好，就有人著书立传，大誓宣传；明天进了监狱，把那些案例一扔，装作什么都没发生过。

 

走棋讲究策略：因时就势之间，暗藏诡计和杀机；策略游戏也是要考虑抢敌先机；三十六计也是招招精妙，步步险要。

 

我的看法，顺时因势高于用计，可以一招敌万招。谋略计量过于诡异，剑走偏锋，往往风险很大；过度的依靠策略，结果不一定如愿。诸葛的空城计和王允的美人计，很靠运气，不见得高明；老毛的智慧不是如何的声东击西的具体战术，而在于游击战的指导思想针对要害。相比之下，高下互现。

 

 

西游记

西游反映了中国文化根深堤固的奴性：为什么打得过玉帝，就打不过如来？年轻时思想活跃，敢想敢干，上天入地，无所不能，敢于蔑视任何权威的猴子，到后来要去谋个一官半职的“正果”，实在宁人气愤不过。

 

要我来改过，应该是要么潇洒的死于如来的一掌之下，要么回花果山过回逍遥的日子，才够痛快。用官话来说，叫“充分的体现革命主义的叛逆精神”。。。

 

太少的怀疑，太多的盲从，原来早就根植在文化中。水浒里的招安，叫人无法忍受；一个“儒“，其实也叫“奴”。可能历史证明，奴才的命比造反的长。为了适应，于是奴才就多了。

 

再反过来看，历史悠久的国度，如印度，俄国，文化中很多类似之处；历史短的，如古代的匈奴，蒙古，现代的美国，都比较咄咄逼人。
